BETHLEHEM, NY — State Police assigned to the Troop G Community Stabilization Unit arrested Martin J. Price, 51, of Bennington, on May 26, 2026.
Price faces charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, a class A felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony, along with a vehicle and traffic law violation.
At about 12:59 p.m., troopers stopped a vehicle driven by Price on Interstate 87 in Bethlehem for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
The investigation discovered more than four ounces of a substance that later field-tested positive for containing cocaine.
Price was arrested and transported to State Police Latham for processing.
He was arraigned at Bethlehem Town Court, where he was remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility without bail.
