WILTON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active larceny call Monday at 4:18 p.m. at Walmart.
Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Shannon K. Terry, 52, of Troy for burglary in the 3rd degree (class D felony) and petit larceny (class A misdemeanor).
Terry is accused of knowingly entering and remaining unlawfully in the store with intent to commit a crime therein.
The company had allegedly banned her from the store previously.
Terry is also charged with stealing merchandise.
She was arraigned before the Honorable David R. Towne in the Wilton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings in that court.
