CLIFTON PARK, NY — A woman was arrested Tuesday on charges she stole a credit card and cash from a residence earlier this month.
Yvone R. Amen, 26, of Albany, was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a class E felony.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office received a larceny complaint at 9:44 a.m. on May 8 regarding an incident on Emmons Drive.
Investigators determined Amen had been lawfully at the residence on the day the theft was reported.
She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Clifton Park Town Court.
