ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — A Cattaraugus man was arrested on a felony driving while intoxicated charge following a traffic stop Saturday.
Derek J. Gerard, 25, of Cattaraugus, was charged with felony DWI and other traffic offenses, according to the Ellicottville Police Department.
Gerard was issued appearance tickets directing him to appear in Ellicottville Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
