PAWTUCKET, RI — The Pawtucket Police Department has issued a community notification regarding a Level III sex offender.
Mark S. Seddon, 64, of Pawtucket, is subject to registration and community notification under Rhode Island General Laws §11-37.1-1 et seq., known as the Sexual Offender Registration and Community Notification Act.
The Sex Offender Board of Review determined that release of this information will enhance public safety and protection.
Community members, establishments and organizations receiving the notice have been identified because law enforcement determined they are in a location or in close proximity to where Seddon is likely to be encountered due to his residence, employment, vocation or otherwise frequently visited location.
