MALTA, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman Thursday accused of stealing more than $50,000 from a family trust.
Sarah A. Vedder, 57, of Malta, was charged with grand larceny in the second degree, a class C felony.
Vedder is accused of stealing the money between July 2025 and March 2026 in the town of Malta.
She was arraigned before the Honorable Ellwood A. Sloat Jr. in Malta Town Court.
Vedder was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
