ROCHESTER, MA — A New Bedford man was arrested on a charge of violating a restraining order, according to the Rochester Police Department.
Brian Pina was taken into custody by Rochester police.
Police said Pina allegedly violated a court-issued restraining order.
He was charged with violation of a restraining order under Massachusetts General Law 209A/7.
The Rochester Police Department worked with the Rochester Council on Aging and Yesterday’s DAFO on the case.
Pina has been charged with the same offense in the past, according to police.
