ONEONTA, NY — A 30-year-old woman was arrested following a larceny investigation in the Town of Oneonta.
Madison A. Fuller-Rosario, of Oneonta, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, fifth-degree conspiracy and petit larceny on May 18, 2026.
The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office said deputies determined Fuller-Rosario conspired with another suspect to unlawfully charge a stolen credit card.
Fuller-Rosario was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Oneonta Town Court at a later date.
