NORWALK, CT — A man was arrested Thursday on charges of voyeurism with malice and harassment following a family violence incident.
Bryan Andrade-Espinosa, 23, of Norwalk, was taken into custody by Patrol Division officers on a family violence arrest warrant.
Police said the arrest stems from an incident in which Andrade-Espinosa sent nude photos of the victim without the victim’s consent.
The investigation began Sunday after the victim reported ongoing harassment by Andrade-Espinosa.
He sent intimate photos of the victim that she was unaware had been taken, according to police.
Andrade-Espinosa was charged with voyeurism with malice, a felony, and second-degree harassment by electronic means.
He was held on $50,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court Friday.
