SOUTHAMPTON, PA — A 33-year-old man faces driving under the influence charges after allegedly causing a traffic accident and fleeing the scene May 9, 2026.
Upper Southampton Police responded to the area of Second Street Pike and Belmont Avenue for a report of a hit-and-run traffic accident.
An investigation revealed Kevin Karle was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, causing the traffic accident before leaving the scene, police said.
Karle, of Pennsylvania, was charged with DUI and related offenses.
