ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — A 43-year-old man was arrested following a police pursuit in the Town of Ellicottville, according to the Ellicottville Police Department.
Jermey C. Maier, of Clarence, was charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer, reckless endangerment in the second degree and multiple traffic offenses.
The pursuit originated in the Town of Ellicottville.
Maier was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicottville Court at a later date.
