HARRISBURG, PA — Police are searching for a missing 60-year-old man who left his home early Wednesday morning and has not returned.
Johnny Ortiz, of Harrisburg, was last seen wearing a black short sleeve shirt, blue jeans, red and black slides, and a grey and black zip up jacket.
Police say Ortiz may be at special risk of injury and may be confused about his whereabouts.
