BLAIRSVILLE, PA — Police arrested a man following a stabbing incident Sunday evening.
Blaze Alexander Mendicino, 26, of Blairsville, was taken into custody after officers responded to a residence in the 200 block of Morewood Avenue at approximately 8:22 p.m.
Police were dispatched to the location for a reported altercation that resulted in lacerations.
Upon arrival, officers found a male victim with a laceration to his left hand and a stab wound to his left arm from a knife.
The victim refused medical treatment.
Mendicino was charged with aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment.
He was arraigned before District Magistrate Anthony Sottile III and lodged in the Indiana County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
