HARRISBURG, PA — A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a welfare check late Thursday night.
Officers responded to the 100 block of N. 13th Street at 10:55 p.m. on April 29, 2026.
During the investigation, officers discovered that Michael Howell, 33, of Harrisburg, had an active warrant for his arrest.
Officers took Howell into custody without incident.
He was transported to the Northampton County Prison.
