SHELDON, VT — A man was cited on drunken driving and negligent operation charges following a single-vehicle crash Friday night.
Troopers with the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks were notified of the crash on East Sheldon Road near house number 4381 at 9:57 p.m. May 16, 2026.
Upon arrival, troopers learned that the sole occupant of the vehicle, Jaden Churchill, 23, of Sheldon, had been operating at the time of the crash.
Churchill was transported via ambulance for non-life-threatening injuries he sustained during the crash.
At the conclusion of the crash investigation, Churchill was issued a citation to appear before the Franklin County Superior Court – Criminal Division for the charges of DUI refusal and negligent operation.
