PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with an indecent assault in the city’s 26th District.
The incident occurred on May 13 at approximately 12:45 p.m. on the 2600 block of Collins Street.
According to police, the victim was walking when the suspect approached her from behind, aggressively grabbed her, and then fled on foot southbound toward Huntingdon Street.
The suspect is described as a Black male between 30 and 40 years old with a medium build.
He was wearing all-black clothing, including a black coat with a fur-lined hood, and was carrying a crossbody bag.
Police warn anyone who sees the suspect not to approach him and to call 911 immediately.
