GREECE, NY — A Rochester woman was arrested Tuesday after police said she stabbed a 24-year-old employee during a confrontation at a Little Caesars Pizza on Dewey Avenue.

Officers responded at about 6:45 p.m. to Little Caesars Pizza at 3743 Dewey Ave. for a report of a stabbing, according to the Greece Police Department.

When officers arrived, they found a 24-year-old male employee with a stab wound to his arm.

Police rendered aid and applied a tourniquet because of significant bleeding before emergency medical personnel arrived.

The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he was treated for injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

Investigators identified the suspect as Shadonis Dillwork, 24, of Rochester.

Police said Dillwork had been involved in a confrontation with the victim, who had previously been her manager.

During the altercation, Dillwork allegedly stabbed the victim with a folding blade concealed in a key-style knife and then fled the scene, police said.

Through an investigation involving patrol officers, detectives and the Monroe Crime Analysis Center, officers located and detained Dillwork shortly afterward at an apartment complex in Greece.

Dillwork was charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
