COLDSPRING, NY — Todd A. Samples, 68, of Coldspring, was taken into custody at 5:50 p.m. May 11 after an investigation into criminal nuisance, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
In April, Samples was seen putting construction nails into the roadway on Bunker Hill Road, causing a nuisance to the public and residents of Coldspring, the sheriff’s office said.
Samples was processed without incident and issued appearance tickets for Town of Coldspring Court at a later date.
