BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office reported a series of recent arrests in cases across Broome County, including domestic incidents, traffic stops, narcotics investigations, pursuits and contraband investigations, according to a weekly arrests summary released May 14.
Nicholas A. Bagg, 22, of Windsor, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Windsor.
George L. Chase, 26, of Binghamton, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a Class A misdemeanor; third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, a Class A misdemeanor; second-degree obstructing governmental administration; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor; and 21 other traffic violations following a pursuit in Binghamton.
Brianna J. Cornelius, 24, of Dickinson, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a Class E felony, following an investigation into a vehicle theft in the Town of Dickinson.
John P. Daszewski, 56, of Binghamton, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both Class A misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in Binghamton.
Michele K. Furrer, 58, of Chenango, was charged with two counts of third-degree assault and one count of child endangerment, all Class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Chenango.
Cody R. Grabowski, 33, of Oxford, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor; second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor; and multiple other traffic violations following a traffic stop in Endicott.
Timothy E. Ireton, 49, of Johnson City, was charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor; second-degree obstructing governmental administration, a Class A misdemeanor; and multiple traffic violations following a pursuit in Binghamton.
Dianna T. Jones, 33, of Binghamton, was charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, a Class D felony, and two counts of second-degree promoting prison contraband, both Class A misdemeanors, following a contraband investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
Gabriel A. Martinez Monroy, 34, of Endicott, was charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor, and multiple traffic violations following a traffic stop in Endicott.
Davon J. Minott, 24, of Dickinson, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a Class E felony, following an investigation into a vehicle theft in the Town of Dickinson.
Timothy J. Reid, 42, of Endicott, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, all Class A misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in Endicott.
John Sharak III, 68, of Afton, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both Class B felonies; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor; and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Town of Fenton.
Mary E. Squires, 41, of Binghamton, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in Binghamton.
Jason L. Stewart, 55, of Binghamton, was charged with third-degree burglary, a Class D felony; petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.
Douglas E. Symanski, 41, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a violation of an order of protection in the Town of Lisle.
Bridget M. Wilmarth, 29, of Endicott, was charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, a Class D felony, and second-degree promoting prison contraband, a Class A misdemeanor, following a contraband investigation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
