PAWLET, VT — A woman was cited for allegedly dispensing cannabis to a person under 21 years of age.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police-Rutland Barracks were notified at approximately 10:56 a.m. March 23, 2026, that an individual was dispensing cannabis to a person under 21 years of age.
Jasmine Dressler, 46, of Pawlet, was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court-Rutland Criminal Division on June 22, 2026, at 10 a.m.
