SOLVAY, NY — A woman was shot in the leg early Tuesday in what police are calling an isolated incident.
The Solvay Police Department and Onondaga County Sheriff Deputies responded to the 200 block of Lionel Avenue at approximately 2:45 a.m. May 12 for a shooting with injuries.
Officers found multiple shell casings at the scene and located a female victim with a gunshot wound to the leg.
The woman was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
