UPPER ALLEN, PA — Police arrested a Mechanicsburg man on domestic violence charges following an incident at a residence in the 100 block of Melbourne Lane.
Steadman K. Phillips, 45, of Mechanicsburg, was taken into custody April 9 after Upper Allen Police Department investigated a report of a domestic violence assault.
Police determined Phillips assaulted a family member, causing injury.
Phillips was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment.
He was transported to Cumberland County Prison following his arrest.
A preliminary hearing was held May 7, and the charges were waived to Cumberland County Court.
