Multiple arrests reported in Oneida

ONEIDA, NY — The Oneida City Police Department reported multiple arrests and citations between May 1 and May 6.

On May 1, Parish T. Gibson, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree, unlicensed operator, operating an uninspected motor vehicle and no seat belt.

Amanda J. Murray, of Little Falls, was arrested for two counts of criminal contempt second-degree.

On May 2, Luis G. Caguana-Guaman, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree: previous conviction, aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree: mandatory suspension, unlicensed operator and speed in zone.

A juvenile female was issued an appearance ticket for harassment second-degree.

Celeste R. Jimenez, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree, unlicensed operator, failure to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle and no/inadequate lights.

Samantha I. Meade, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

On May 3, Caleb M. Stanford, of Oneida, was arrested for DWAI drugs/alcohol: prior in 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation first-degree and unlicensed operator.

Bruce C. Stephens, of Syracuse, was issued an appearance ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree.

On May 4, Brandy M. Howlett, of Canastota, was arrested for burglary third-degree and petit larceny.

Georgetta Johnson, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for a local law charge of unlicensed dog.

Joseph J. Lubeck, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

Curtis J. Wilson Jr. was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

On May 5, Wilfredo Cotto, of Rome, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree, unlicensed operator, unsafe backing and failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.

Jennifer M. Stoddard, of Canastota, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree, unlicensed operator, operating an unregistered ATV, operating an uninsured limited use vehicle and no/illegal ATV helmet.

On May 6, Nicole M. Becraft was arrested for criminal trespass second-degree.

Parish T. Gibson, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for criminal possession of stolen property fourth-degree: value greater than $1,000.
