Two-vehicle crash reported in Berkshire

BERKSHIRE, VT — Vermont State Police troopers responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Water Tower Road and Berkshire Center Road on May 5, 2026.

Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks were dispatched to the scene at approximately 12:57 p.m.

The crash involved a 2022 GMC Sierra operated by Dylan Pattee, 23, of Enosburg, and a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Arthur Lothian, 68, of Franklin.

The GMC Sierra sustained damage to a cargo trailer it was towing.

The Chevrolet Silverado sustained front-end damage.

No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.

The Chevrolet Silverado was towed from the scene due to disabling damage to the front end.

Lothian was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

Larose’s Towing assisted Vermont State Police at the scene.
