YORK, PA — A man was arrested on a warrant stemming from a shoplifting incident at a home improvement store.
Michael Daniel Berrios Colon, 30, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody April 29 on charges of retail theft.
Police said Berrios Colon stole $891 worth of merchandise from Lowe’s at 1175 Carlisle Road on Nov. 5.
A warrant for his arrest was issued March 3.
Berrios Colon was charged with one count of retail theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.
