CHAMBERSBURG, PA — A 28-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday on charges of access device fraud.
Deazerae Nicole Shives, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody after a warrant was served by the Chambersburg Police Department.
Police said Shives accessed a victim’s credit card to send money to her own CashApp account.
An arrest warrant was issued March 17 by Issuing Authority 39-2-01.
The arrest occurred in the 400 block of Channing Drive.
