PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Carlos Martinez.
The 12-year-old male was last seen on Thursday, April 30, at 4 p.m., on the 33XX block of North Mascher Street.
He is 4’10” tall, weighs 105 lbs., has brown hair, and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black sweater, and black pants.
