CLIFTON PARK, NY — A man was arrested on drunken driving and obstruction charges early Saturday morning following a disturbance call.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance at 1:53 a.m. on Clifton Park Village Road.
Eric M. Dorozynski, 50, of Utica, New York, was charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Dorozynski is accused of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.
He allegedly refused the chemical test.
Dorozynski is also charged with attempting to prevent a police officer from performing an official function by refusing to provide fingerprints, a photograph and pedigree information.
He was released on appearance tickets at the direction of the Honorable Jennifer Jeram of the Clifton Park Town Court pending proceedings in that court.
