MILFORD, MA — The Milford Police Department is investigating an assault that occurred May 1, 2026, at Birmingham Court.
Police received a 911 call at 10:30 a.m. reporting a past assault at the location.
One man was taken into custody following the incident.
Another man was transported to UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
The Milford Police Department and Massachusetts State Police are actively investigating the incident.
Police are asking non-residents to avoid the Birmingham Court area while the investigation continues.
