PARKESBURG, PA — Police arrested a man Friday on charges of harassment and stalking related to a protection from abuse order.
William Wayne Burns, 33, of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody by the Parkesburg Borough Police Department on May 1.
An arrest warrant had been issued for Burns on April 21 by District Court 15-3-07.
Burns was arraigned at District Court 15-3-07 following his arrest.
A preliminary hearing is pending.
