WRIGHTSVILLE, PA — A Lebanon man has been charged with theft following an incident on Surrey Drive.
Leonardo Hilerio Rodriguez, 25, was charged on April 9, 2026, at approximately 6 p.m. with theft by unlawful taking of movable property, a third-degree felony.
An arrest warrant was issued for Rodriguez on April 21, 2026, from Magisterial District Judge Fishel’s office.
Rodriguez was arraigned on April 24, 2026, and bail was set.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
