SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A 19-year-old man was arrested after police say he admitted to violating a protective order.

Brandon K. Arbouche, of South Windsor, was taken into custody at 8:37 p.m. Monday.

Police said Arbouche self-reported that he went to the address of individuals he was prohibited from contacting under a protective order to harass and scare them.

Arbouche was charged with criminal trespass in the first degree and breach of peace in the second degree.

Police said Arbouche was also arrested for harassment of the same individuals in late March.

He was processed and released on a $4,000 non-surety bond.

Arbouche is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on May 13 at 9 a.m.
