HUNTINGTON, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a local man on multiple charges after a threatening incident on Main Road on April 10.
Colby Bevins, 29, of Huntington, was charged with aggravated assault, criminal threatening and reckless endangerment following an investigation into a reported threat.
Police said Bevins threatened Wyatt Fallon, 19, of Leicester, while displaying a firearm, placing Fallon in fear for his life.
The incident was reported at 3:33 p.m.
Bevins was located and taken into custody following the investigation.
He was transported to the Vermont State Police Williston Barracks for processing.
Bevins was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on April 28 at 8:30 a.m.
He was released with conditions.
