PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Destiny Rivera, 16, who was last seen leaving her residence on Leithgow Street at approximately 4:30 p.m. on April 24.
Police said Destiny Rivera is a Hispanic female, 5 feet tall, weighing 120 pounds, with dark brown hair, blue eyes, and a distinctive blonde patch in her hair.
According to authorities, Rivera is known to frequent Scanlon Playground on East Venango Street, Cohocksink Playground on Cedar Street, and Frankford Park near Penn and Pratt Streets.
