GEORGIA, VT — Vermont State Police arrested Charles Kendall, 57, who is listed as transient, after responding to a reported domestic disturbance at 1160 Sand Hill Road at 4:30 p.m. Friday.
Police said an investigation found Kendall assaulted multiple household residents, violated conditions of release and had an active arrest warrant.
Troopers later located Kendall and took him into custody on two counts of first-degree aggravated domestic assault, one count of violation of conditions of release and on the warrant.
Kendall was lodged without bail at the Northwestern Correctional Facility.
He is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Court at 1 p.m. Monday.
