CLIFTON PARK, NY — Deputies from the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Halfmoon man early Saturday on several charges following a driving complaint in the town of Ballston.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies received a report of a motorist at 12:39 a.m. on Eastline Road.
Deputies located the vehicle at a Stewart’s shop on Longkill Road in Clifton Park and identified the driver as Connor R. Lijewski, 21, of Halfmoon.
Lijewski was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, all unclassified misdemeanors.
Authorities said Lijewski’s blood alcohol content was measured at 0.20%.
He was also cited for operating an uninspected motor vehicle, an infraction.
Lijewski was released on appearance tickets pending proceedings in Clifton Park Town Court.
