Vehicle strikes gas pumps, leaves scene in Catawissa

CATAWISSA, PA — The Locust Township Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run incident that occurred at Roaring Creek Provisions, 32 Ideal Park Road, early Friday morning.

Police said that at approximately 4:26 a.m. on April 25, a small dark-colored SUV struck the gas pumps at the location and left the scene.

According to authorities, a female driver was observed exiting the vehicle before the SUV continued east on Ideal Park Road.

Investigators believe there may be damage to the passenger side front of the vehicle.
