ASHLAND, NH — A man has been arrested in connection with a suspicious house fire that occurred April 1.
Cody Cross was taken into custody by the Meredith Police Department on April 26 and is currently incarcerated pending arraignment on April 27.
Arrest warrants were issued for Cross on one count of arson via the New Hampshire Fire Marshal’s Office and five counts of breach of bail through the Ashland Police Department.
The fire occurred on Cross Road in Ashland.
The Ashland Police Department said it received assistance from the Meredith Police Department, Center Harbor Police Department, New Hampshire Fire Marshal’s Office, Plymouth Police Department and U.S. Marshals in taking Cross into custody.
