Man arrested on human trafficking, child rape charges in Hanson

HANSON, MA — A 41-year-old Hanson man has been arrested on numerous human trafficking and child rape charges following an investigation into alleged sexual assaults of a 15-year-old male victim.

Richard Kielczweski was taken into custody late April 24 by Hanson Police and Middleborough Police, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz and Hanson Police Chief Michael Casey announced.

The Hanson Police Department became involved in the investigation April 19 into alleged sexual assaults and the creation of child sexual abuse material that occurred in Hanson, Halifax, and Middleborough.

Hanson Police obtained an arrest warrant for Kielczweski following the investigation.

In Hanson, Kielczweski is charged with three counts of pay for sexual conduct with a child under 18, two counts of rape of a child aggravated by 10 year age difference, one count of rape of a child with force, one count of pose/exhibit a child in a sexual act, and one count of trafficking persons under 18 for sexual servitude.

In Halifax, he is charged with two counts of rape of a child aggravated by 10 year age difference, two counts of pay for sexual conduct with a child under 18, and one count of trafficking persons under 18 for sexual servitude.

In Middleborough, Kielczweski is charged with one count of witness intimidation and one count of enticing a child under 16.

Kielczweski is being held on $250,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Plymouth District Court.

The investigation is ongoing by Massachusetts State Police, Hanson Police, Middleborough Police, and Halifax Police.
