Man reported missing in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing man last seen earlier this month.

Ryan Richards, 54, of Philadelphia, was last seen on April 14 at 12 p.m. on the 2800 block of South 16th Street.

Richards is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall with a medium build, light complexion and weighing 195 pounds.

He has a scar on the back of his head and a tattoo reading “Dana” on his left hand.
