PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old boy last seen Tuesday night.
Duarle Santos was last seen at 9:30 p.m. on the 2300 block of Loney Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Santos is described as 5 feet tall, weighing 94 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and black pants.
