Multiple arrests reported in Oneida

ONEIDA, NY — The Oneida City Police Department reported multiple arrests between April 14 and April 23.

On April 14, Makylee J. Northup, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for filing a false written statement.

On April 15, Kenneth W. Doane, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for endangering the welfare of a child.

Ryan F. Galicia, of Oneida, was arrested for criminal tampering third-degree.

Kimberly R. Highers, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for endangering the welfare of a child.

Italia A. Mothersell, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree and no safety glass.

John B. O’herien, of Lenox, was issued an appearance ticket for a local law charge of open burn.

On April 16, Lawrence A. Bavo II., of Oneida, was arrested for burglary third-degree, criminal trespass third-degree, possession of burglar tools and criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh-degree.

Kayleigh L. Curtis, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree and no stop lights.

James A. Pulver Sr., of Canastota, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.

Patience S. Putnam, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for trespass.

Christy L. Schultz, of Holland Patent, was arrested for burglary third-degree, criminal trespass third-degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh-degree.

On April 18, Karen M. Murphy, of Vernon Center, was issued a traffic ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree.

Shane T. Planck, of Oneida, was arrested for DWAI drugs, using alcohol/cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway, following too close and inadequate brake/steering/horn.

Suzanne M. Vaughn, of Verona, was issued traffic tickets for speed in zone and aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree.

On April 19, Timothy J. Wimett, of Durhamville, was issued an appearance ticket for trespass.

On April 20, Monique C. Almonte, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree, driving while using a mobile phone, failure to notify DMV of address change and illegal signal: less than 100 ft.

Timothy L. Briggs, of Blossvale, was arrested for menacing third-degree, acting in a manner injurious to a child and harassment second-degree.

John A. Durr, of Oneida, was arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh-degree, petit larceny and forcible touching.

Rebeca L. Kincaid, of Wampsville, was issued traffic tickets for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree.

Scott E. Mariano was issued an appearance ticket for criminal trespass third-degree.

Tammy L. Richmond, of Taberg, was issued a criminal summons for assault third-degree and criminal mischief fourth-degree.

A juvenile male was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

On April 21, Joseph S. Everspaugh, of Oneida, was issued an appearance ticket for a local law charge of possession/consumption of alcohol in public.

Krystal A. St Croix, of Verona, was issued a traffic ticket for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

Jennifer M. Stoddard, of Canastota, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, motorcycle: improper plates and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.

On April 22, Joseph S. Everspaugh, of Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant for a local law charge of possession/consumption of alcohol in public.
