DELHI, NY — A 55-year-old man was served with a criminal summons and a Temporary Order of Protection on April 14, 2026.
William J. Schenkel, of Delhi, is accused of engaging in unwanted, inappropriate physical contact and making inappropriate comments toward a minor female, according to the Delhi Village Police Department.
The incident is reported to have occurred on April 7, 2026.
The summons is returnable to the Town of Delhi Court on April 16, 2026.
