PARKESBURG, PA — Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted on harassment and stalking charges.
William Wayne Burns, 33, of Pennsylvania, is wanted in connection with violations related to a Protection From Abuse order, according to authorities.
The warrant was issued April 21, 2026.
Burns is described as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 165 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.
