WILTON, NY — A Round Lake man was arrested Tuesday on burglary and larceny charges following an investigation into a break-in on Maple Avenue.
Jordan M. Snyder, 33, of Round Lake, was charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office received a burglary complaint at 5:54 p.m. Friday.
Snyder is accused of knowingly entering and remaining unlawfully within a dwelling with intent to commit a crime.
He allegedly stole a jug containing coins while inside the residence.
Snyder was arraigned before Judge Chad Jerome in Wilton Town Court and released to pretrial services pending further proceedings.
