Kyle Rodriguez, of Springwater, was arrested April 18 by Deputy Brock Allen and charged with felony aggravated family offense, felony criminal contempt in the first degree, misdemeanor criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and harassment in the second degree.

Deputies responded to a residence in the town of Springwater at approximately 10:56 p.m. April 15 for a report of a domestic incident and a violated order of protection.

The judge remanded Rodriguez to the custody of the sheriff with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

The Livingston County Public Defender’s Office represented Rodriguez at the arraignment.

Members of the Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division and Criminal Investigations Division assisted with the investigation, along with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
