HANOVER TOWNSHIP, PA — Police arrested a Pennsylvania man on multiple charges following an incident on Center Street.
Nicholas Edward Gittens, 21, of Askam, was taken into custody April 19, 2026, and charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.
Gittens was transported to police headquarters for processing.
He was later transferred to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for an overnight arraignment.
The incident occurred at 43 Center St.
