GARDNER, MA — The Gardner Police Department received a credible report of a serious threat to Gardner High School at approximately 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The Gardner Police Department and the Gardner Public School District worked in close coordination following the report.
The threat initiated an immediate and thorough investigation.
Law enforcement partnered with the high school administration’s Threat Assessment Team to evaluate the situation and determine appropriate actions.
The collaborative effort allowed officials to respond quickly and effectively, prioritizing the safety and well-being of students, staff and the broader community.
Through this joint approach, authorities were able to fully address the threat and implement necessary safety measures.
The Gardner Police Department confirms that this incident no longer poses a threat to the school or surrounding community.
