WAYNESBORO, PA — A woman faces drug-related charges following an investigation on S. Potomac Street.
Monique K. Thomas, 47, with no fixed address, has been charged with one count each of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
The drug investigation occurred Oct. 25, 2022, at 12:38 p.m. on S. Potomac Street.
Thomas was arrested Sept. 27, 2023.
