WEST WARWICK, RI — A 50-year-old man was arrested on drunken driving charges following a traffic stop Thursday night.
Keith Fontaine, of Exeter, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on Brookside Avenue.
He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, second offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, first offense.
Fontaine was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight.
He was scheduled for arraignment Friday morning at Third District Court.
